This policy is short because MoneyOut is simple: your bills stay on your device and we collect nothing about you. MoneyOut is a bill tracker operated by Chase, the individual developer of the app. Questions? Email chase@simpledevapp.com.

The short version

MoneyOut has no account and no login.
The bills you enter are stored only on your device (and shared with the MoneyOut widget through Apple's App Group). They are never sent to us or anyone else.
We don't collect analytics, we don't track you, we don't show ads, and we don't sell data — because we never receive any.

What we collect

Nothing about your bills. MoneyOut has no backend server, and none of your financial information ever leaves your device.

What's stored on your device

The bills you create — name, amount, due day, autopay flag, and paid status.

This information lives in the app's local storage and the shared App Group container that the widget reads. Deleting the app removes all of it.

Notifications

If you turn on bill reminders, they are scheduled and delivered locally by iOS on your device. No reminder or bill information is sent to us or any server.

Network access

The only time MoneyOut contacts the internet is to check for app updates through Expo's update service. That request carries standard technical information (such as your device's IP address and app version) but none of your bill data. We don't receive or store it.

Third parties

MoneyOut contains no third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking software.

Children

MoneyOut does not collect data from anyone, including children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we'll change the "Last updated" date above.
