This policy is short because Daymark is simple: it keeps everything on your device and collects nothing about you. Daymark is a habit tracker operated by Chase, the individual developer of the app. Questions? Email chase@simpledevapp.com.

The short version

• Daymark has no account and no login.
• The activities you create and the days you mark are stored only on your device (and shared with the Daymark widgets through Apple's App Group). They are never sent to us or anyone else.
• We don't collect analytics, we don't track you, we don't show ads, and we don't sell data — because we never receive any.

What we collect

Nothing. Daymark does not collect, transmit, or receive any personal information. It has no server of its own and makes no network requests.

What's stored on your device

• The activities you create (name and color) and the days you've marked.
• Your appearance and widget preferences.

This information lives in the app's local storage and the shared App Group container that the widgets read. Deleting the app removes all of it.

Third parties

None. Daymark contains no third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking software.

Children

Daymark does not collect data from anyone, including children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we'll change the "Last updated" date above.
