These terms apply to your use of the Daymark app (the "App"), operated by Chase, the individual developer of Daymark ("we", "us"). By using the App, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.
Daymark is a habit-tracking app for iPhone. It stores your data on your device; there is no account and no online service. Features may change or be discontinued over time.
The activities and marked days you create are yours and stay on your device. You are responsible for that data — if you delete the app or your device, that data is gone. Keep a note elsewhere if something is important to you.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We don't guarantee the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that your data will be preserved.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chase is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the App, including lost data, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
